Ingredients

  • Spaghetti (boiled)
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 zucchini
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Tomato paste
  • Cooking cream
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Paprika
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • Step 1: Cook vegetables
    In a pan, add olive oil
    Add: tomatoes , eggplant , zucchini , and garlic
    Cover and cook until soft
    Step 2: Make the sauce
    Mash all the cooked vegetables directly in the pan
    Add:
    Salt & black pepper
    Paprika
    Fresh parsley
    Tomato paste
    Mix well
    Step 3: Creamy texture
    Add cooking cream and stir
    Step 4: Combine
    Add boiled spaghetti and fresh parsley and mix well with the sauce
    Step 5: Serve
    Finish with grated Parmesan cheese
