Ingredients

  • Tagliatelle pasta (boiled)
  • 4-5 tomatoes
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Shrimp (peeled)
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • Step 1: Cook the base
    Heat olive oil in a pan
    Add tomatoes , onion , and garlic
    Cover and cook until soft
    Step 2: Mash & season
    Mash everything in the pan
    Add:
    Salt
    Black pepper
    Paprika
    Fresh parsley
    Mix well
    Step 3: Add shrimp
    Add shrimp
    Add mozzarella cheese
    Stir until melted
    Step 4: Combine
    Add boiled tagliatelle
    Mix everything well
    Step 6: Garnish
    Garnish with fresh parsley
