Ingredients

  • 250g pasta
  • 4–5 tomatoes
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 2–3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup cooking cream
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano or Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  • Step 1: Cook pasta
    Boil pasta in salted water until cooked
    Drain and set aside
    Step 2: Prepare sauce
    In a pan, add olive oil
    Add whole tomatoes, onion, and garlic
    Cover and cook until soft
    Mash everything in the pan to form a sauce
    Add salt, pepper, and oregano
    Add mozzarella and let it melt
    Add cream and mix well
    Step 4: Combine
    Add pasta and mix well
    Finish with fresh parsley
