Ingredients

  • Lasagna sheets (broken into small squares)
  • 250g minced meat
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup cooking cream
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare base
    Heat olive oil in a pan
    Add 3 tomatoes
    Add 3 meatballs onion, and garlic
    Cover and cook until soft
    Step 2: Season & sauce
    Mash the tomatoes
    Add:
    Salt
    Black pepper
    Paprika
    Fresh parsley
    Tomato paste
    and mix everything well
    Step 3: Add cream
    Add cooking cream
    Stir until creamy
    Step 4: Add lasagna
    Break lasagna sheets into small squares
    Add them to the pan
    Mix everything well
    Cover and cook until pasta is soft
    Step 5: Final touch
    Add mozzarella cheese
    Add fresh parsley
    Cover again until cheese melts
