Ingredients

  • 1 French bread (baguette)
  • 250g minced meat
  • 2 eggs
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 bell pepper (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Step 1: Cook the meat
    Heat olive oil in a pan
    Add minced meat
    Add onion
    bell pepper
    Fresh garlic
    Fresh parsley
    Paprika
    Salt & black pepper
    Cook until the meat is well done
    Step 2: Prepare eggs
    In a bowl, beat eggs
    Add salt, black pepper, and dried parsley
    Mix well
    Step 3: Prepare bread
    Cut the French bread from the top
    Open it gently
    Step 4: Assemble
    Fill the bread with cooked minced meat
    Pour the egg mixture over the meat
    Add cherry tomatoes
    Add mozzarella cheese
    Step 5: Bake
    Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes until eggs are set and cheese melts
