Ingredients

  • 400g minced meat
  • Wooden skewers
  • 2–3 potatoes (round slices)
  • 1–2 onions (round slices)
  • 2 hot chili peppers
  • 2–3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 small bunch parsley (chopped)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • Fresh parsley
  • Salt & spices (paprika, pepper…)

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare meat skewers
    Mix minced meat with garlic, parsley, spices, salt & pepper
    Shape onto skewers
    Step 2: Prepare base
    Arrange potatoes and onions in a baking dish
    Add a little salt, pepper, and olive oil
    Step 3: Assemble
    Place skewers on top
    Add hot chili peppers
    Step 4: Add sauce
    In a bowl, mix:
    Water
    Tomato paste
    Fresh parsley
    Spices
    Pour the sauce over the potatoes and skewers
    Step 5: Bake
    Cover with foil and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30–35 minutes
    Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until golden
