Ingredients

  • 2–3 potatoes (cut into round slices)
  • 2 tomatoes (cut into round slices)
  • 2 whole cleaned fish
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 lemon (cut into slices)
  • 2–3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional for spice)
  • Fresh parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • A small amount of rosemary

    Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
    Arrange potato slices in a baking dish
    Add tomato slices on top
    Place the fish over the vegetables
    Add lemon slices and rosemary
    Seasoning

    Chili powder
    Lemon juice
    Pour the mixture evenly over everything
    Bake
