Ingredients

  • Tortilla bread
  • 250g minced meat
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 sweet red pepper (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Sandwich cheese slices
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Yogurt (for sealing edges)

Instructions

  • Step 1: Cook the filling
    Heat olive oil in a pan
    Add onion and cook until soft
    Add minced meat
    Add sweet red pepper
    Add:
    Garlic
    Fresh parsley
    Paprika
    Salt & black pepper
    Cook until everything is well combined
    Step 2: Prepare tortillas
    Cut tortilla bread into halves
    Step 3: Fill & fold
    Take one half tortilla
    Add:
    One slice sandwich cheese
    A little minced meat
    Mozzarella cheese
    Brush edges with yogurt
    Fold into a triangle
    Repeat with all pieces
    Step 4: Arrange
    Place triangles in a baking tray
    Add mozzarella on top
    Step 5: Bake
    Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes until golden
