Ingredients

  • Minced meat (shaped into small balls)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • onion (chopped)
  • Garlic (chopped small)
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Tomato sauce (a little)
  • Tortilla bread
  • Sandwich cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Paprika

Instructions

  • Step 1: Cook the meat
    In a pan, add:
    Meatballs
    Tomatoes
    Onion
    Garlic
    Basil
    Cover and cook until soft
    Step 2: Make the filling
    Mash everything in the pan
    Add:
    Salt
    Black pepper
    Paprika
    Add a little tomato sauce
    Stir and cook slightly
    Step 3: Prepare bread
    Take tortilla bread
    Add sandwich cheese
    Add the minced meat mixture
    Add a little mozzarella
    Fold or roll the bread
    Step 4: Bake
    Place in a baking dish
    Add mozzarella on top
    Bake until cheese melts and becomes golden
