Ingredients

  • Tortilla bread
  • 3 eggs
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Beef mortadella (sliced)
  • Dried parsley
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare tortilla
    Cut tortilla into triangle pieces (like pizza)
    Step 2: Cook base
    Heat a little olive oil in a pan
    Add tortilla pieces and arrange them
    Step 3: Add eggs
    In a bowl, beat eggs with:
    Salt
    Black pepper
    Dried parsley
    Pour the egg mixture over the tortilla
    Step 4: Cook & flip
    Cook until eggs set
    Flip carefully to brown the other side
    Step 5: Add filling

    Step 6: Fold & finish
