Ingredients

  • 1–2 large potatoes
  • Cooked minced meat
  • Cream cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper

Instructions

  • Step 1: Bake the potatoes
    Wrap the potatoes in baking paper and aluminum foil
    Drizzle with olive oil 🫒
    Season with salt and black pepper
    Seal well and bake until tender
