Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes
  • Cooked chicken ( chopped)
  • Cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • Fresh cheese (cubed)
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare potatoes
    Boil 3 potatoes until soft
    Place them in a baking mold
    Cut them into halves and mash them
    Add:
    Salt
    Black pepper
    Olive oil
    Bake for a few minutes
    Step 2: Add chicken
    Remove from oven
    Add cooked chicken (prepared earlier with spices)
    Cherry tomatoes
    Fresh cheese cubes
    Pour beaten eggs on top
    Add fresh parsley
    Add mozzarella cheese
    Step 3: Bake
    Return to oven and bake until eggs are set and cheese melts
