Ingredients

  • Farfalle pasta (boiled)
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • cloves garlic
  • A little spinach
  • Cooking cream
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Paprika
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • Step 1: Cook vegetables
    In a pan, add tomatoes , onion , garlic , and spinach
    Cover and cook until soft
    Step 2: Mash
    Mash everything in the pan until smooth
    Step 3: Season & cream
    Add:
    Salt

    Black pepper
    Paprika
    Fresh parsley
    Add cooking cream
    Stir and cook slightly
    Step 4: Add cheese
    Add mozzarella cheese
    Stir until melted and creamy
    Step 5: Combine
    Add boiled farfalle pasta
    Mix everything well
    Step 6: Finish
    Garnish with fresh parsley
