Ingredients

  • French bread (cut into small pieces)
  • 3 eggs
  • Butter
  • square cheese slices
  • Grated cheese
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 tomato (chopped)
  • Bell pepper (chopped)
  • Dried parsley
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Mayonnaise
  • Ketchup
  • Salt & black pepper

Instructions

  • Step 1: Toast bread
    Cut French bread into small pieces
    Melt butter in a pan
    Add bread pieces and toast lightly
    Flip to brown both sides
    Step 2: Add eggs
    Beat eggs with:
    Salt
    Black pepper
    Dried parsley
    Pour eggs over the bread
    Step 3: Add toppings
    Add cheese slices
    Add chopped onion, tomato, and bell pepper
    Add mayonnaise and ketchup
    Add grated cheese on top
    Cover and cook until cheese melts
    Step 4: Serve
    Garnish with fresh parsley
