This Cheesy Tomato Lasagna with Minced Meat is an easy and delicious one-pan recipe made without boiling the pasta. The minced meat is first cooked with simple spices, then combined with a homemade tomato sauce prepared from fresh tomatoes, onion, and garlic.

Ingredients

  • Lasagna sheets (no boil)
  • 250g minced meat
  • 4-5 tomatoes
  • onion (chopped)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup cooking cream
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Step 1: Cook the minced meat
    Heat a little oil in a pan
    Add minced meat
    Add:
    Salt
    Black pepper
    Paprika
    Cook well until done, then set aside
    Step 2: Prepare tomato base
    add olive oil
    Add tomatoes, onion, and garlic
    Cover and cook until soft
    Step 3: Mash & combine
    Mash the tomatoes with onion and garlic
    Add the cooked minced meat
    Mix well
    Step 4: Add cream
    Add cooking cream
    Stir until creamy
    Step 5: Add lasagna sheets
    Add lasagna sheets (without boiling)
    Spread them evenly and press slightly
    Cover and let cook until soft
    Step 6: Final touch
    Add mozzarella cheese
    Add fresh parsley
    Cover again until cheese melts
