Ingredients

  • 6-8 chicken legs
  • 3–4 potatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1-2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoons chili paste
  • 1/2 cup cheese
  • 3 eggs (beaten)
  • Breadcrumbs (for coating)
  • Spring roll sheets or dough wrappers
  • Oil (for frying)

Instructions

  • Step 1: Cook the chicken
    In a pot, add chicken legs with:
    Garlic
    Salt & black pepper
    Olive oil
    Thyme
    Add water and cook until tender
    Remove the meat and keep the bones aside
    Step 2: Prepare potatoes
    Boil potatoes until soft
    Mash them well
    Step 3: Make the filling
    Finely chop the cooked chicken
    Mix with mashed potatoes
    Add:
    Garlic
    Salt & pepper
    Paprika
    Chili paste
    Dried parsley
    Cheese
    Mix everything well
    Step 4: Shape
    Take a portion of the mixture
    Insert a chicken bone inside
    Shape like a chicken leg
    Wrap with dough or spring roll sheet
    Step 5: Coat & fry
    Dip in beaten eggs
    Coat with breadcrumbs
    Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy
