  • 6-5 chicken legs
  • 2 potatoes (cut)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Lemon slices
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Chili paste
  • Fresh cheese (soft)
  • Grated cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oil (for frying)

Instructions

  • Step 1: Cook chicken & potatoes
    In a pot, add:
    Chicken legs
    Potatoes
    Garlic
    Lemon slices
    Salt & black pepper
    Add water and cook until everything is soft
    Step 2: Prepare filling
    Remove chicken and separate meat from bones (keep bones aside)
    Mash potatoes in a bowl
    Add to potatoes:
    Shredded chicken
    Garlic
    Salt & black pepper
    Paprika
    Chili paste
    Fresh cheese
    Grated cheese
    Mix everything well
    Step 3: Shape
    Take a portion of the mixture
    Insert the chicken bone inside
    Shape like a chicken leg
    Step 4: Coat
    Dip in beaten eggs
    Coat with breadcrumbs
    Step 5: Fry
    Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy
