Ingredients

  • French bread
  • 5 eggs
  • Feta cheese cubes
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • Chili pepper (cut into small rings)
  • Dried parsley
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare bread
    Open the French bread from the top
    Place it in a baking tray
    Step 2: Add filling
    Crack 5 eggs inside the bread
    Add chili pepper rings
    Add feta cheese
    Add cherry tomatoes
    Add mozzarella cheese on top
    Step 3: Bake
    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15–20 minutes until eggs are cooked and cheese melts
    Step 4: Finish
    Sprinkle dried parsley
    Drizzle olive oil and serve
