Equipment

  • 1 cucumber ( chopped)
  • 2 mandarins (peeled)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1–2 tablespoons sugar or honey (optional)
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  • Add cucumber and mandarin pieces to a blender
    Add lemon juice, sugar (or honey), and water
    Blend until smooth
    Strain the juice (optional, for a smoother texture)
    Pour into glasses over ice
    Garnish with mint leaves and serve cold
