Ingredients

  • 250g minced meat
  • Spaghetti pasta
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Fresh parsley
  • Chili flakes (crushed)
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup cooking cream
  • cheese
  • Cooking oil (for frying)

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare the meat
    In a bowl, add minced meat
    Add:
    Black pepper
    Salt
    Paprika
    Dried parsley
    Dried garlic
    Olive oil
    Mix well
    Step 2: Shape with pasta
    Take small portions of the meat
    Shape into long forms (like kebab)
    Insert spaghetti sticks through the meat
    Step 3: Fry
    Heat oil in a pan
    Fry the pasta meat skewers until golden
    Set aside
    Step 4: Prepare the sauce
    In the same pan, add onion and garlic
    Add chili flakes and cook briefly
    Add tomato sauce
    Add:
    Salt
    Black pepper
    Paprika
    Fresh parsley
    Mix well
    Add cooking cream
    Add 2 cheese cubes
    Stir until creamy
    Step 5: Final cooking
    Add the pasta with minced meat skewers
    Mix gently with the sauce
    Cover and let it cook for a few minutes
    Step 6: Garnish
    Garnish with fresh coriander
