  • Boneless chicken legs
  • Tortilla bread
  • Onion (chopped)
  • Cucumber
  • Tomato
  • Fries (previously cooked in oven)
  • Shawarma sauce
  • Chicken Marinade
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Paprika
  • Turmeric
  • Soy sauce
  • Thyme
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  • Step 1: Marinate chicken
    Place boneless chicken legs in a bowl
    Add:
    Salt
    Black pepper
    Paprika
    Turmeric
    Soy sauce
    Thyme
    Lemon juice
    Mix everything well
    Let the chicken marinate for a while
    Step 2: Cook chicken
    Cook the chicken in a pan until golden and fully cooked
    Cut into thin small strips
    Step 3: Assemble shawarma
    Take tortilla bread
    Spread sauce on the tortilla
    Add chicken
    Add chopped onion
    Add cucumber and tomato
    Add fries
    Add more sauce on top
    Step 4: Finish
    Roll the tortilla tightly
    Toast lightly in a pan until crispy
