Ingredients

  • Tagliatelle pasta (boiled)
  • 1 chicken breast (cut into pieces)
  • onion (chopped)
  • cloves garlic (minced)
  • Mushrooms (sliced)
  • Cooking cream
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • Step 1: Cook the chicken
    Heat olive oil in a pan
    Add chicken pieces and cook slightly
    Add chopped onion and garlic
    Add salt & black pepper
    Cook until lightly golden
    Step 2: Add mushrooms
    Add sliced mushrooms
    Stir and cook until slightly soft
    Step 3: Make it creamy
    Add cooking cream
    Add mozzarella cheese
    Stir until creamy
    Step 4: Combine
    Add boiled tagliatelle
    Add fresh parsley
    Mix everything well
    Step 5: Finish
    Serve and top with Parmesan cheese
